What AI takes on
AI is good at routine, voluminous and text-based tasks: drafts, sorting, summarizing, standard answers. He speeds up or removes these parts of the work. But “part of the tasks” is not the same as “the whole profession.”
What remains for a person
People-led decisions, ethics, empathy, deep context, creative judgment and lively communication. AI is not responsible for the consequences and does not know your entire situation. These areas remain human.
Will not replace AI - will be replaced by a person using AI
A more precise formula: it is not those who use AI who are forced out, but those who refuse. A specialist who has enhanced himself with AI does more and is valued higher. The question is not “will it replace”, but “will I master it first?”
How to stay in demand
Master AI as a tool of your profession - become one who brings its benefits to your field. The combination of “your domain plus AI” is more valuable than a pure techie. Learn to apply AI to real problems, and you won't be at risk, but you'll be winning.
