Specificity in the wording of the question is the key to an accurate and structured answer.
Use the "sequential refinement" method
Don't try to get the perfect answer right away. Start with a general request and then refine the details step by step. If the first result is not perfect, ask the model to rewrite it by adding or removing something, changing the tone or format. It’s like a dialogue with an expert: you don’t immediately give him the whole task, but gradually guide him. This way you direct the AI to the result you need without wasting time.
Check facts and make adjustments
Neural networks are not always flawless and can “hallucinate” – make up facts, especially if the query is complex or the model does not have access to up-to-date data. Always double-check critical information. If you find a bug, don't hesitate to point it out to the AI and ask them to fix it. This will not only improve the current answer, but will also help the model “learn” from your corrections within the same conversation.

There is no universal "best" way to communicate with AI. Sometimes a list of instructions works better, sometimes an assignment of a specific role, sometimes examples of the desired result.
