“Translate, shorten and arrange in a table” in one prompt gives a worse result than a chain of simple steps. Take the FIRST step: write a prompt that ONLY extracts email addresses and returns them in a list, one per line - nothing more.
A chain of simple prompts is more reliable than one complex one. One task at a time is the foundation of automation and agents.
